    TV star and socialite Kim kardashian and her estranged NBA player husband Kris Humprhies who got married  in a lavish televised ceremony in August 2011 only to split just 72 days later are due to have their depositions taken at the end of June, with a lot of the process expected to be undertaken in Minnesota.     A source told RadarOnline.com: ''Kim's deposition will take place at her lawyer Laura Wasser's office at the end of June and Kris' attorney Lee Hutton will do the majority of the questioning.     The deposition is scheduled to last for an entire day. '' Kris' deposition will take place in Minnesota towards the end of June also and Kim's attorney will have to fly from California for that. Kris lives in Minnesota during the off season and this is where his attorney is based.     Kris Humphries is shooting for a $7 million payout from Kim Kardashian and is threatening to turn their divorce proceedings into an ugly, public trial if he does not receive the money, TMZ reported Saturday, citing sources close to the NBA player.     The alleged secret ultimatum, made through his Minnesota lawyer, was rejected by Kardashian's team, according to the source.    TMZ reported Friday that Humphries had submitted legal documents in Los Angeles to appoint himself as his own lawyer in the case after learning that local rules prevented his Minnesota lawyer from representing him.    California law stipulates that out-of-state lawyers must be accompanied by a local attorney.   It was also reported by New York post that  Humphries had hired Los Angeles-based attorney Marshall Waller to represent him in the case.    The New Jersey Nets power forward looked set to face one of Hollywood's top divorce lawyers in court, Laura Wasser, who has represented Angelina Jolie, M

      NBA player Kris Humphries   asked a judge Thursday to annul his 10-week, highly publicized marriage to  Kim Kardashian  on the basis that it was fraudulent.       The filing comes roughly a month after Kardashian filed for divorce and apologized to fans.The couple signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying in a star-studded ceremony Aug. 20 at an exclusive estate in California.    Kardashian's sisters and TV co-stars  Kourtney Kardashian , 32, and Khloe Kardashian , 27, served as co-maids of honor.Kardashian filed for divorce Oct. 31, citing irreconcilable differences.       Kris humphries is requesting that if an annulment isn't granted, the couple be deemed legally separated. Humphries' marriage to Kardashian is his first; she was previously married to a music producer for four years.   Both Kardashian and Humphries are asking a judge to prevent either side from receiving spousal support, and Kardashian wants her husband to pay his own attorney's fees.

TMZ reports; Kim Kardashian  will file for divorce this morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to  Kris Humphries   ...
