Rusell and Katy didn't sign a pre-nuptial agreement when they married in October so under Californian law, he could be entitled to half of her fortune.Rusell is in line for the huge lump sum in a 50/50 split of the couple's earnings after just 14 months of marriage. Katy perry raked in a lot of money by performing at many concerts across the globe last year which won her the coveted Best Live Act at the 2011 MTV EMA. Rusell announced on Friday that the couple’s marriage was over after they spent Christmas apart .
