Nigerian sisters feature in Vogue magazine

A certain family in Abia state are having their offsprings recognised by US magazine, Vogue. Sisters,  Akwaeke and Yagazie Emezi are featured in February issue of US Vogue magazine, under the article: 5 Families Who are Changing The World as We Know It. Yagazie, a documentary photographer and Akwaeke, a writer were photographed by legedary American photographer, Annie Leibovitz. The sisters are of Igbo and Malaysian heritage and grew up in Aba, Abia State. See an excerpt from the article written about them: When Yagazie Emezi was about six, she was hospitalized after being run over by a truck. (Luckily, she says, her bones were still growing.)
