R. Kelly Hit With Sexual-Misconduct Charges From Two New Accusers

    The Eastern District of New York on Friday filed a superseding indictment against R. Kelly, who already faces multiple charges in three states, that includes additional charges stemming from two accusers who have been newly added to the suit, according to Rolling Stone. The singer’s New York trial begins on July 7.    In the indictment, obtained by Rolling Stone, Kelly is accused of Mann Act violations (including transportation and coercion of a minor), “sexual exploitation of a child” and forced labor counts from two accusers, Jane Doe #5 and Jane Doe #6. The last-named woman also accuses Kelly of “knowing exposure of infectious venereal disease,” as the singer “engaged in unprotected sexual intercourse with Jane Doe #6 without first informing Jane Doe #6 that he had contracted herpes and obtaining her consent to sexual intercourse in these circumstances,” according to the indictment states

R.Kelly Falls ill,Cancels Media Appearances For Medical Treatment

      American R&B Superstar R.Kelly fell ill on his way to promote his new book and had to return to his home in chicago for medical treatment .        His media representative just released the following statement       While on his way to New York this morning to celebrate the publication of his long-awaited memoir "SoulaCoaster," multi-platinum R&B superstar R. Kelly was taken ill and had to return to Chicago for medical treatment.  Initial indications are that he is suffering from complications from surgery he had last year to treat an abscess on his vocal cords. As a result, Kelly has had to cancel appearances on "The Jimmy Fallon Show" and NBC's "Today" as well as a book party that was being held in his honor. It is unclear how long Kelly may be sidelined.

R.Kelly Returns With “Trapped in the Closet" Series

         R.Kelly is delivering more chapters of "Trapped in the closet". The outrageous musical series started off as five videos for the R&B singer's dramatic cliffhanger songs in 2007. It quickly became a cult classic, and he added more chapters, put the accompanying videos on a DVD and also teamed up with IFC to premiere it.    For the next chapters, Kelly is teaming up with IFC again. He said in a statement on his facebook page   "The Alien is back and It has brought friends along."      Trapped in the closet  is produced by Sylvester Films and Fuzzy Bunny Films; R. Stars Mourn and Remember Whitney Houston at Funeral Service

Aug 9,1963 -Feb 11,2012     Stars, family and friends mourned Whitney Houston in a spirited funeral service at her hometown church on Saturday, a week after the sudden death of the singer whose spectacular voice made her one of the biggest pop stars of her era.       A choir had guests swaying to gospel music in the crowded New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, where Houston first honed her wide vocal range as a young choir singer with her mother Cissy Houston, a backup singer for Aretha Franklin.     "Whitney returns home today to the place where it all began," said actor Kevin Costner, who starred opposite Houston in the 1992 hit film, "The Bodyguard." He urged those around the world to " dry our tears, suspend our sorrow and perhaps our anger  just long enough, just long enough to remember the sweet miracle of Whitney.
