According to reports,Lil Wayne's tour bus was allegedly shot up by a guy who has been linked with Wayne's rival, Young Thug.The suspect is named Jimmy Carlton Winfrey and he has been charged with several criminal offences including possession of a firearm by a felon and criminal gang activity. Reports claim that Winfrey has been Young Thug's road manager which is incredibly relevant since Thug has been rivals with Wayne for months.
