Mariah Carey Cancels Las Vegas Show Due To Bronchitis

According to recent reports,Mariah has been forced to cancel her Las Vegas show performance on Wednesday,May 13 at the city's Caesars Palace after she contracted bronchitis.

It came as a shock when fans flew in for the show only to arrive at the venue to the sign that says "Tonight's performance has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled."So far,doctors have ordered the singer not to use her voice which could lead to more postponed or cancelled shows.

A week after her opening show on Wednesday, May 6, when she staged an impressive performance by hitting all the high notes during her first Mariah #1 to Infinity show.She was told to take a night off after contracting a chest infection.

The diva sent out a text message via Instagram that reads. "I've been fighting bronchitis for the past few days.. almost better but on mandatory vocal rest per doctor's orders. I'm so sorry to cancel tonight's show but I promise to make it up to you!!!" she added. "Love you always, MC"
