Clooney and father arrested   Actor  George Clooney  and his father have been arrested at a protest outside the  Sudanese Embassy in Washington .      The protesters accused Sudan's president,  Omar al-Bashir , of provoking a  humanitarian crisis  and blocking food and aid from entering the  Nuba Mountains  in the county's border region with  South Sudan .    Clooney, his father, Nick and others, including Democratic U.S. Rep.  Jim Moran  of Virginia and NAACP President Ben Jealous, were arrested after being warned three times not to cross a police line outside the embassy. They were handcuffed and placed into a U.S. Secret Service van.    Clooney said earlier that he hopes to draw more attention to the issue and that if action is not taken in the next three to four months "we're going to have a real humanitarian disaster."

    Veteran nollywood star actress , Shola shobowale is not happy at the moment as she  lost her father ,pa olagookun  earlier today(Monday)  .Pa olagookun died in UCH ibadan after a brief illness and shola is currently at the hospital.      The mother of three who hails from Ifon ,ondo state  has acted in many yoruba and english movies   .She relocated to London few years ago   .   The Funeral arrangements for pa olagookun will be announced later .

Whitney's Late father' Tomb at Fairview cemetary         Whitney Houston ' s  final resting place  will be next to her father,  John Russell Houston  Jr.     Houston will be laid to rest at the  Fairview Cemetery  in  Westfield, New Jersey , after  funeral services  on Saturday, a source close to the family confirmed. Houston's father was buried there in 2003.    Fifteen hundred guests are expected to attend the private funeral services including  Aretha Franklin ,  Clive Davis  and Stevie Wonder.    Houston died in Beverly Hills at age 48, one day before the Grammy awards. Bobby Brown 's dad passed away yesterday after a long bout with cancer ... sources close to the family tell TMZ.      Herbert Brown  known affectionately as Pop  had been ill of quite a while. He was 82. 

   X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has said that she would like to reconcile with her estranged father.      The 30-year-old is ready to meet with Christopher Rowland, 65, this Christmas - 23 years after he disappeared from her   life   when her parents' marriage broke down.   In scenes set to air on the UK X Factor tomorrow, Kelly says: 'It's really important just to forgive my father. I want to meet him this Christmas, because now is the time, because tomorrow's not promised to us.'      According to British newspaper The Sun, she adds: 'I think it's important to forgive people and we move on, we have to. The pain is there, of course it will be there, and it's important to know that forgiveness is the first step towards healing it all.'     Christopher reached out to the former Destiny's Child singer earlier this year, asking for her forgiveness and saying he wanted to be a father to her.
