George Clooney on Friday said he would take legal action against a French magazine that published the first photos of his newborn twins.        The "Ocean's Eleven" actor said photographers from Voici magazine "scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home." Clooney said in a statement that the photographers and the magazine "will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.       The safety of our children demands it." Clooney and his humanitarian lawyer wife, Amal, announced the arrival of the twins - a boy and a girl called Alexander and Ella - in June but have given no details, photos or interviews about them. Clooney and father arrested   Actor  George Clooney  and his father have been arrested at a protest outside the  Sudanese Embassy in Washington .      The protesters accused Sudan's president,  Omar al-Bashir , of provoking a  humanitarian crisis  and blocking food and aid from entering the  Nuba Mountains  in the county's border region with  South Sudan .    Clooney, his father, Nick and others, including Democratic U.S. Rep.  Jim Moran  of Virginia and NAACP President Ben Jealous, were arrested after being warned three times not to cross a police line outside the embassy. They were handcuffed and placed into a U.S. Secret Service van.    Clooney said earlier that he hopes to draw more attention to the issue and that if action is not taken in the next three to four months "we're going to have a real humanitarian disaster."

But Clooney told  The Advocate  he couldn't care less. " I think it's funny, but the last thing you'll ever see me do is jump up and down saying, 'These are lies!' Who does it hurts if someone thinks I'm gay? I'll be long dead and there will still be people who say I was gay. I don't give a s**t. "
