 American comedian-actor Martin Lawrence has filed for divorce from his wife of nearly two years  .      Court records show Martin Lawrence cited irreconcilable differences in his filing on Wednesday. Martin and Shamicka Lawrence married in July 2010.      The couple dated for years and have two daughters together, ages 9 and 11. The 47-year-old star of "Big Momma's House" and the sitcom "Martin" is seeking joint custody of the children. The filings state the couple separated last week and they have a prenuptial agreement. .

   A judge finalized the actor-director Mel Giboson' s divorce on Friday from his wife Robyn, who he was married to Three-decade ago.    Robyn Gibson will return to using her maiden name, Robyn Denise Moore, but other details of the divorce were kept confidential. The settlement becomes effective on January 9.   Gibson, 55, and his wife married in Australia in 1980 and have seven children together. The couple separated in 2006 after Gibson was arrested for drunk driving in Malibu, California, and made anti-Semitic remarks that generated headlines around the world.     While no details of the divorce settlement were released, the actor was previously estimated to be worth $900 million, and he owns several properties in the wealthy, seaside enclave of Malibu, outside Los Angeles.
