D'banj and Ikechukwu backstage at the BBC Hackney weekend     D'banj performed at the Ongoing BBC Radio 1's hackney weekend 2012 yesterday(June 23) in front of over 50,000 people  .      Ikechukwu and K-Swith joined him on stage to perform singles like Olohun maje ,Oliver twist and suddenly .    The weekend was kicked off by singer leona lewis and many stars like rita ora, trey songz , ed sheeran,nicki minaj  ,performed after . The Power of 10  performance train started in Makurdi on September 9, and has since been to cities like Enugu, Calabar, Abuja, Ilorin and Port Harcourt. Cultural Centre Benin and Aladinma Shopping Complex Owerri played host to the artistes, as fans came out in thousands to see some of their favorite acts sing to them all night long. Seyi Law was the host for the night! The train moves to its final destination- Ibadan (Friday October 7, 2011) and Lagos (October 14, 2011) next week! PHOTOS BELOW
