    Usher paid out $1.1 million to settle a lawsuit with a stylist who claimed the pop star infected her with herpes, court papers show. The documents were first published Wednesday by Radar Online, but they appear to date to late 2012. The 38-year-old “Confessions” singer, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010, according to the court papers. But nonetheless, he had unprotected sex with the claimant without confessing that he was carrying the virus, the papers add. The law is clear in California: It is illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit an STD. Usher allegedly did just that when he told the victim he had tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis, the court papers say. “Believing Raymond’s statements that (the discharge) had been nothing and cleared up, (she) continued her relationship,” the legal docs said.        A Georgia woman was arrested outside R&B superstar Usher ’s house this week after claiming to be his wife .        Accused stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was picked up outside Usher’s Atlanta-area residence early Sunday morning after the singer saw her via security camera sitting on his porch with her iPad plugged into a house outlet. “Ms. Jones-Rakestraw was saying that she was the wife of Mr. Raymond and he makes all her decisions,” a police report states.          Usher filed for a temporary restraining order Tuesday claiming he feared for his safety and that of his family. Police then took the woman to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was later admitted for a mental evaluation.       Usher  has secured  his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as " Looking 4 Myself" debuts atop the list with 128,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan.     The pop/R&B star's last full-length studio album, 2010's "Raymond v Raymond," also launched at No. 1, but with bigger sales. It started with 329,000. "Looking" also registers Usher's smallest first-week sales for a regular studio album since 1997's "My Way" bowed with 67,000.     The new album was ushered in by its lead single "Climax," which is in its ninth straight week at No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song
