  Usher Raymond  and his wife,  Grace Miguel,  have called it quits after two years of marriage and nearly 10 years together,  Us Weekly  can exclusively reveal. “After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple,” Usher, 36, and Miguel, 48, said in a joint statement to  Us  on Tuesday, March 6. “We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives. The enormous amount of love and respect that we have for each other will only increase as we move forward.” The pair, who quietly wed in September 2015, have been separated for a couple of months

    Usher paid out $1.1 million to settle a lawsuit with a stylist who claimed the pop star infected her with herpes, court papers show. The documents were first published Wednesday by Radar Online, but they appear to date to late 2012. The 38-year-old “Confessions” singer, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, was diagnosed with herpes in 2009 or 2010, according to the court papers. But nonetheless, he had unprotected sex with the claimant without confessing that he was carrying the virus, the papers add. The law is clear in California: It is illegal to knowingly or recklessly transmit an STD. Usher allegedly did just that when he told the victim he had tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis, the court papers say. “Believing Raymond’s statements that (the discharge) had been nothing and cleared up, (she) continued her relationship,” the legal docs said. The claimant was later diagnosed with herpes, complete with vaginal sores, fever

                           The hitmaker, who has two sons, Usher Jr., six, and Naviyd, five, with ex-wife Tameka Foster, said he has no regrets about tying the knot with her in 2007 even though they divorced two years later.    When asked about his best mistake, the 35-year-old star said: 'Getting married at 28.'    He added: 'Most people probably think I regret it because I ended up getting divorced, but it helped me learn that sometimes I think I know more than I actually do.'     He secured primary custody of their kids in 2012 after a bitter court battle with former celebrity stylist Tameka.   Tameka, confessed she 'nagged' Usher a lot during their marriage because she struggled to cope with the pressure of being married to a famous personality like Usher.        A Georgia woman was arrested outside R&B superstar Usher ’s house this week after claiming to be his wife .        Accused stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was picked up outside Usher’s Atlanta-area residence early Sunday morning after the singer saw her via security camera sitting on his porch with her iPad plugged into a house outlet. “Ms. Jones-Rakestraw was saying that she was the wife of Mr. Raymond and he makes all her decisions,” a police report states.          Usher filed for a temporary restraining order Tuesday claiming he feared for his safety and that of his family. Police then took the woman to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was later admitted for a mental evaluation. She was released shortly after, with a copy of the charges against her.         In YouTube videos posted after her release, Jones-Rakestraw said the R&B superstar has been calling her and giving her money for more than a year, and she claimed to have proof. 

      Usher  has secured  his fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as " Looking 4 Myself" debuts atop the list with 128,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan.     The pop/R&B star's last full-length studio album, 2010's "Raymond v Raymond," also launched at No. 1, but with bigger sales. It started with 329,000. "Looking" also registers Usher's smallest first-week sales for a regular studio album since 1997's "My Way" bowed with 67,000.     The new album was ushered in by its lead single "Climax," which is in its ninth straight week at No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song
