Tina knowles & Beyonce     R&B superstar Beyonce is celebrating her first mother's day with daughter Blue ivy carter by penning an open letter to her mother Tina knowles. The singer wrote the letter on her website. read below.   The Parents of Pop superstar, Beyonce have finally divocred after two years of reconciliation attempts , Mathew   and  Tina Knowles ' on again-off again divorce dragged on for two years, but it's now legally over .     TMZ reports that the final decree of divorce was issued last month in a Texas court, Beyonce 's mom refiled the document  on August 30.
