    Hollywood actress Halle Berry and her track record of broken marriages is indeed pitiful.Recently,word got out to the press that she and her actor husband, Olivier Martinez might be parting ways.    Berry and Martinez, haven't been spending time together since they had their baby last October.The couple who got married last year aren't exactly acting like the classical Romeo and Juliet as they have been living apart for a while now. Martinez stays in Malibu while Berry is currently settled in her Hollywood Hills home. The Hollywood couple have had divorce rumors as the recurring theme of their marriage for a long time.Whether it is inevitable now or just another rumor that will not see the light of day is a question only Time can answer.

Martinez ,46, proposed with an emerald-and-diamond ring from Gurhan over the holidays .     Berry, 45, who has a 3-year-old daughter,  Nahla , with ex-boyfriend  Gabriel Aubry , has been married twice before. She dated model Aubry for nearly five years before splitting in April 2010.    She wed former baseball player David Justice in 1993 and divorced four years later. She then married R&B singer Eric Benet in 2001, only to separate in 2003 and finalize their divorce in 2005.
