   As fans expect Denzel Washington's latest effort which we expect will take Hollywood by the reins in his upcoming movie' The Equalizer'. The veteran actor was the guest of honor for the latest Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) and replied every question asked. His new feature film has been boosted by a brand new song from Eminem and when asked about his thoughts on the megastar Slim Shady, the Academy Award winner revealed that he was familiar with his music. "Eminem, yes, and I like Nas, and Jay-Z," he replied. "Eminem and NAS are real wordsmiths. So yes, I'm DEFINITELY an Eminem fan. Where's he been? Where you been Eminem?"   The Equalizer hits theaters later this month on September 26.

         Denzel Washington  and Ryan Reynolds ' " Safe House" had a slim lead with $24 million this weekend . That put it a fraction ahead of Rachel McAdams and  Channing Tatum 's romantic comedy "The Vow" with $23.6 million.         Hollywood actor Johnny Depp has been named America's most favorite actor for the second year .   A 2012 Harris Poll was conducted and the 48-year-old actor won the distinction for the second time after previously holding the honor in 2011 as well. Actors Denzel Washington and Clint Eastwood, tied for second place.      T he poll, which survey 2,237 adults online in December 2011, found curious divisions between gender, race and political affiliations. Men voted Clint Eastwood as their favorite, while women voted Johnny Depp.    The pirates of the caribbean star recently split with his babymama Vanessa paradis after 14 years together.     Universal Pictures has released the trailer for the action thriller "Safe House" starring Denzel Washington, Ryan Reynolds, Vera Farmiga, and Brendan Gleeson.      Safe House is  a new action-thriller starring  Denzel Washington  as a rogue CIA agent under house arrest who must escape with his rookie guardian, played Ryan Reynolds , when their compound comes under attack.  It was filmed in Cape Town, South Africa earlier this year.Jay Z and Kanye west's frank ocean assisted song No church in the wild was used in the trailer.See trailer below Release date;February 12,2012 Share your thoughts below!!!!

    Denzel washington  has donated $2.25 million to Fordham university , his alma mater.          The university said Monday that Washington has given $2 million to endow the Denzel washington chair  in Theatre, and another $250,000 to establish a scholarship for a minority undergraduate student studying theater at Fordham.
