Adele wins Brit Awards   The  Official Charts Compan y has revealed  Adele ’s  21  album is currently number seven on the UK’s all-time biggest selling albums chart. The news comes just three weeks after the London-born singer’s 2011 second album overtook sales of  Michael Jackson ’s  Bad .   21  has now sold over 4,142,000 copies in the UK, making it the seventh biggest-selling album of all-time. However, with just 12,000 sales separating  21  from the Number 6 album,  Dire Straits ’ 1985 long player  Brothers In Arms ,  Adele   could easily overtake the British rockers by the end of this week. The biggest selling albums of all-time Top 10 now stands as follows: 1. GREATEST HITS – QUEEN 5,864,000 2. SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND – THE BEATLES 5,045,000 3.    Adele 's 21 album has matched titanic soundtrack with  16 weeks run at the number one spot on Billboard chart.       Prior to titanic ,it was the sountrack of the movie bodyguard by whitney houston that  held the number one spot with 20 weeks  on the chart .     21 album earned her six grammy nominations and  sold additional 140,000 copies  last week .Meanwhile,there are rumours that Adele will be making a comeback performance at the grammys on february 12 after being away for sometime due to having throat surgery . © celebregion
