    NCDC has unveiled actress Toyin Abraham as the new ambassador after dropping Funke Akindele. Akindele was arrested and charged to court for holding a birthday party in her home contradicting the social distancing order.       In a video posted on NCDC official twitter page, Abraham implores people to always wash their hands to avoid spreading the Covid-19.

      Nairamarley was arrested after attending Funke Akindele's hubby birthday party and has been released on bail. To get back at twitter users that reported him to the Government on the app, he asked them to drop their accounts and things went the other way.  He first tweeted :   Snitches on twitter will get you arrested and still want you to fight the government for them from now on it’s just Marlians Only. Let’s all listen to the government and give them our full support .  He later asked for the people that dragged him to send their bank account details, See his response below

  Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and husband JJC have been sentenced to 14 days of community service and they are to pay N100,000 each as fine  for flouting the social distancing order by throwing a birthday party in their house on saturday. They were sentenced at the Ikeja Magistrate Court, Ogba. See Photos from the court and the document below.   

    Funke Akindele was arrested yesterday and taken to Panti , Yaba. Her hubby joined her at the station last night and this morning, they were taken to Samuel Ilori Courthouse. The couple got arrested after flouting the social distancing order by Lagos Government.

Nollywood Actress Funke Akindele has uploaded a video on her Instagram account. In the video, a male teacher was seen viciously flogging some female students with a cable. The offense of the students was that they resumed late for school. The reports that were going round was that the students of Government Science School in Eggon, Nassarawa State, were flogged for refusing to resume back to school on the official day of resumption. However, ‘Jenifa’ as widely called has called for the teacher’s sack while also demanding that the management of the school be held responsible for their actions and be made to apologise for the harsh treatment meted on the students. The controversial OAP  has reacted on the removal removal of actress, Funke Akindele from the cast list of yet to be released Marvel Studio’s movie “Avengers: Infinity War” Here’s what he wrote; "Apparently Funke AKINDELE was not billed to be a part of the latest #Avengers Infinity. The latest gist is that her pic was put there by a hacker. If only Marvel studios knew what the hacker had done for them, they would have found him paid him and quickly contacted @funkejenifaakindele, found a role for her, shot her along with the cast and with the publicity and sales in Africa alone, possibly doubled their income. I was heart broken when I saw that she was taken off the list."

Last week, the internet went wild when the new broke out that multi-award winning actress, Funke Akindele-Bello had been revealed as one of the cast in the upcoming Hollywood superhero film “Avengers: Infinity War”. It was later communicated that Funke was never contacted by the movie makers and therefore never casted in the movie It has come to my knowledge that the movie website was hacked and the person inserted Funke'name and also her "Black panthers guard" role in the movie. The movie makers rectified the problem yesterday and removed her name, hence you cannot find it again on the cast list.

Seems the rumor of Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele casting in the upcoming Hollywood film "avengers" is true Funke played the role of a Dora Milaje member in the film directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo. In the list of the cast, she is named as No. 70. The Nigerian actress plays as  a member of the Black Panther’s guards, the ‘Dora Milaje’ – who are a team of women who serve as the personal bodyguards of the Black Panther. The film is set for release 25 April in the Netherlands. Funke Akindele was included on the cast list of 2018 movie, "Avengers: Infinity War". It seems the  Nollywood actress will feature in the Marvel Comics  movie.The actress is yet to confirm this rumor. If the report concerning the actress' involvement is true, it will be the first time a Nigerian-born actor will appear in a Hollywood superhero movie.
