ruffman Lagos state Ministry of Tourism and The Association of Voice Over Artistes (AVOA) are set to hold the second annual raggae carnival . The carnival which is tagged Nigeria Unite brings all ragae and hiphop artistes together and will hold tommorow 1st of october at the National stadium. The chairman of the Association ,Kelly Adams said the carnival will be a platform for raggae artistes to reach out to people and gain more recognition. Artistes billed to perform are King wadada, Jaff extra, Ruff man ,the queen and many more.
