Leroy Mitchell, also known as Prince Phillip Mitchell, wrote “If We Can’t Be Lovers” in 1970.  He claims his work was extensively sampled on Solange’s song, “F*** the Industry” and Kanye’s song, “Everything I Am” without his permission. The lawsuit seeks damages and wants Kanye and Solange to stop performing the songs and to put a halt to radio play as well.

     Beyonce and Jay z' s new baby Blue Ivy Carter has triggered vandalism in a North Carolina church .    The vandals  defaced the sign in front the church yesterday ..writing, " Beyonce had her baby, Satan is on Earth"    TMZ Reports the pastor at the Beulah Hill Baptist Church in West End, NC  discovered the vandalism yesterday after receiving numerous complaints from locals  and removed it immediately. The pastor insists, the church had nothing to do with the apocalyptic message . it was simply the victim in a random act of mischief.     In related news Beyonce's sister , solange knowles has refuted the rumours going around that her sister had a fake baby and wasn't pregnant at all.  She tweeted some hours ago;   It has really gotten out of hand.       Solange Knowles   pop star sister of   Beyonce Knowles   has refuted the  rumours going around that her  sister had already given birth to  Jay-Z 's child.     Social networking sites Twitter and  facebook were buzzing  last week with the news that  Beyonce  had given birth to a girl, who she had named Tiana May Carter.     January 2nd, solange tweeted: Shout out to my sister for being the cutest pregnant woman ever!       Beyonce  had said that she will give birth to her and  Jay-Z ’s first child in February of this year. The singer made the admission on the Australian television show  Sunday Night .
