   Hilaria Baldwin is showing off her growing baby bump in a pretty new Instagram photo. Dressed in a flowing white nightgown, the 36-year-old yoga instructor and wife of actor Alec Baldwin, 62, smiled and posed sideways while holding her tummy in the Saturday post.      The Baldwins share four children: daughter Carmen, 6, and sons Rafael Thomas, 4, Leonardo Angel Charles, 3, and Romeo Alejandro David, 1. Alec is also father to Ireland, 24, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. Back in November, Hilaria suffered a miscarriage at four months, her second in a seven-month time span. She has spoken at length about her desire to give Carmen a sister. The couple has not yet revealed the sex of their unborn child.

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have a little one on the way. Almost five months after Hilaria revealed she had suffered a miscarriage — her second within a seven-month span — the  Mom Brain  podcast host and fitness instructor revealed Monday afternoon that she is pregnant again. “Sound up … I’ll let the baby do the talking because I don’t have the words to express how this sound makes us feel,” Hilaria, 36, captioned a video of her bare belly, with the baby’s heartbeat audible. “Just got the great news that all is well and all is healthy with this little munchkin. I wanted to share this with you🤍 Here we go again 💫,” she added.
