Sasha and eve performed at the 2010 MAMA The 2011 MTV Africa music awards (MAMA) was scheduled to hold last year in South Africa but was cancelled .The main reason for the cancellation was that the major sponsor , telecom giant Globacom pulled out of the deal at the last minute . A source told newmen that the pull out broke the heart of the organizers because they had turned down the offer of a south-African based company after the mouth watering offer made by Glo.The award couldn't be held again in 2011 as earlier scheduled .
