       British singer , Adele has been confirmed to perform at the 54th Annual Grammy awards.          This will be her first time performing live in nearly five months since being forced to cancel a sold-out U.S. tour to undergo surgery on her vocal cords.     "I'm immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year's GRAMMY Awards,"  "It's an absolute honor to be included in such a night, and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-racking, but what a way to get back into it all" ,said Adele.     Adele who is a two time Grammy winner has six nominations: Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Best Short Form Music Video for "Rolling In The Deep"; Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for  21 ; and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Someone Like You."     Kanye west led the nominees with seven Nominations.Nigerian Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti was also nominated in the  World Music ca

     R&B Superstar Chris Brown is coming back to the grammys since the 2009 incident with his ex-girlfriend, Pop singer Rihanna .       E! online reports that Chris brown who has not appeared  at the grammys since 2009 because of his alleged attack on Rihanna will appear and perform at the 2012 grammy awards.      Rihanna has been confirmed to perform with coldplay.other artists billed to perform are  Jason Aldean, Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, the Band Perry, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.     The award ceremony will take place in Los Angeles, february 12 ,to be hosted by Rapper LL COOL  J.Nigerian afrobeat singer  Femi Kuti was nominated in the World Music Category.

     HipHop Mogul and entrepreneur, Sean 'P.diddy' combs is organizing a Grammy awards  afterparty at the Playboy Mansion and a ticket goes for $50,000 .     Sources tell TMZ that t he cheapest tickets to the black tie event start at $1,500 and go from $15,000 to $25,000 depending on the service an attendee requires. $50,000 buys the Monster Cabana package, which includes buffet dinner, open bar, free bottle service and two cabanas for 20 VIP guests.     The expensive party is for a good cause as the proceeds will go to benefit the Angelwish Foundation for children afflicted by HIV/AIDS, The grammy awards will be hosted by LL Cool J on february 12 in Los Angeles.
