    2012 keeps getting better for Chocolate city rapper Iceprince Zamani as it has been revealed to us exclusively that he is one of the possible nominees for 2012 MOBO Awards.     Celebregion.com had a brief chat with a MOBO Rep in London last night  " Iceprince is one of the hottest artists in africa right now and that's the main criteria for getting nominated for an award ,but don't expect me to reveal the details to you now " , she jokingly said .         We received a mail few days from MOBO Team that Iceprince who recently recorded a song  with Jamaican star Gyptian was featured in their  future session alongside four other artists across the world on which he had an acoustic session . Future session is for artists that are currently making waves and have brighter careers ahead.      Nigerian music stars  Tuface , 9ice and wizkid are past winners of MOBO Awards .  2012 MOBO Awards press conference will be held soon .

      Rapper MI Abaga has revealed that his long awaited mixtape , Illegal Music 2 will be released on February 16,2012. The date was revealed on twitter moments ago  He tweeted : Ok... Ladies and Gents the oficial release date of Illegal Music is... Hold on one sec Ok... Let's do 16th Februaury... 160212.      MI announced last November he had 19 tracks on the mixtape but wanted  to prune down to 14. The mixtape features artists like S outh african rapper HHP,phenom,yemi alade,SDC,pope ,shaydee  and many more.   He released the first single  Lost off the mixtape    last july.

Iceprince and gyptian on set of Magician video      Chocolate City rapper , IcePrince Zamani has recorded a new song with Jamaican Reggae star Gyptian .      Gyptian was in Nigeria few days ago to perform at the final event of the annual calabar festival and Iceprince seized that opportunity to record a song and shot a video for Magician"a song off his debut albun Everybody loves iceprince" with Gyptian.   Gyptian is signed to New York based VP records and it has not been disclosed whether the song will be on iceprince's album or gyptian's .
