L.A Reid, Demi Lovato, Simon cowell, britney spears       Britney Spears and Demi Lovato are joining the judging panel on "The X Factor" this fall, part of Fox's effort to boost its underperforming music competition shows.       The network's executives, in presenting next season's schedule to advertisers on Monday, also promised changes for "American Idol.          "I'm so excited about the whole experience ," Spears said. " It's going to be so much fun and different from anything I've ever done. I'm ready to find the true star" .      They replace judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, who were dispatched along with host Steve Jones after last fall's debut season of the competition didn't meet the creator's inflated expectations.

      TV mogul simon cowell was robbed by a one night stand girl . The Uksun reports t he X Factor boss met the girl in a nightclub and smuggled her back to his hotel.     Next day he woke to find her gone ,taking his wallet and a laptop full of show secrets. Cowell’s team called in cops, who used security camera footage to trace the thieving girl.     She agreed to return the computer but kept the cash from his wallet. The robbery happened last october after Cowell had downed too many vodka mixes in Hollywood at a time of crisis in his career over the X Factor in the UK and US.

    TV mogul and X-factor creator, Simon Cowell has warned he will axe the popular singing competition  if it flops this year.He fears the talent contest could have run its course after 10 years on the box.  Uk daily star quotes him saying: “In a year’s time we might say: ‘Right, that’s the end of The X Factor. Let’s start something new.’”    “I’d rather fall off the cliff on numbers than deteriorate slowly.“We have something in development which could replace The X Factor. ”   " Most things in music, fashion or TV tend to be across a 10-year period. The great test of success is if you can transcend a decade. I believe we can do it again if we're prepared to be brave. "He concluded.    He is still fuming that last year’s was not the big smash that he had wanted.  Cowell has backed the current judging line-up of Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos to return for a second year .

     US X factor Creator simon cowell has debunked the rumour that he Offered Beyonce $100Million/year to be a judge on the show. It was reported last week by mediatakeout.com that beyonce has been offered $100Million/year for five years to be on the show . Simon told Extra,    No, I have no idea where this rumor came from, “I read it online that I had offered her $100 million/year. It’s complete nonsense. The budget of the show is $100 million. No one’s gonna pay $100 million/year for someone.” “It would never ever, ever happen,“It’s absolute nonsense and I genuinely haven’t had a conversation with her about it.    Just few days ago Label executive , L.A Reid signed for the second season of the show which will start in september.

L.A Reid and simon cowell     Former lsland Def Jam Music group CEO and Epic Records chairman, Antonio L.A Reid  will remain a judge on the X factor.Reid has signed for Season 2 of the popular US singing competion .       The judge  signed his option contract on Friday, four days after it was revealed that creator  Simon Cowell  had dismissed host   Steve Jones  and judges  Paula Abdul  and  Nicole Scherzinger  from season 2 duty.      Mariah Carey and Beyonce are being considered to replace both Nicole and Paula.     US X factor boss Simon cowell has reportedly offered Pop superstar beyonce a sum of $500 Million to be a judge on the show for five seasons. MediaTakeout.com claims to have spoken to a very reliable insider, citing it as the same person who revealed Jennifer Lopez was joining American Idol last year. "He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat 'American Idol'. "He wants a big name female star on the panel. Mariah [Carey] is good, but she's not that hot today  Simon is willing to PAY to land Beyonce.  he's offered Beyonce $500M, or $100M per year for 5 seasons."the site reports    The website reports another source close to Beyonce remained 'tight-lipped' but said to expect a 'major' career announcement from the star in the next month or so.    Few days ago,last season Judges Nicole scherzinger and paula abdul were axed from the show because of low ratings.

  TV personality and music producer Simon Cowell is launching a new talent competition to find the world's best DJs.     Already known to television audiences in Britain and the United States as the acerbic judge on hit talent shows like "American Idol", "The X Factor" and "Britain's Got Talent", the 52-year-old is looking to expand his empire.   "DJ's are the new rock stars, it feels like the right time to make this show," he said in a statement.      The new format will be co-produced by SYCO, Cowell's joint venture with Sony Music, and Overbrook Entertainment, a U.S. entertainment company founded by Hollywood star Will Smith.         Sony Pictures Television will also be a partner in the venture, which has been in development for more than a year.      Girl band Little Mix became the first group to win Britain's "X Factor" television talent show on Sunday, beating hairdresser Marcus Collins in the final.      The quartet, aged between 18 and 20, screamed with delight following the announcement of the outcome of a public vote, and performed a cover of Damien Rice's "Cannonball," which will be their debut single.        Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock will enjoy a media frenzy over the coming days, and are guaranteed a recording contract.Sunday's show, which featured a live performance by Coldplay before a crowd of around 10,000 at London's Wembley Arena, brought to an end a series that has seen viewer ratings consistently lower than in 2010.

    Simon Cowell  has slammed  Lady GaGa  stating that without seeing her, she is "the most boring singer in the world."    The X Factor USA  judge, who has  previously admitted that he would have rejected Lady G  if she auditioned for one of his talent shows, claims that along with superstars  Beyoncé  and  Katy Perry , GaGa is boring! Speaking to  The Mirror , the music mogul explained: "If you only ever heard Lady GaGa, she’s the most boring singer in the world." He continued: "You’ve got to see her – you need TV. Same with Beyoncé. Or Katy Perry. We’re all about image.
