Since last November, allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment have been directed at Russell Simmons. The Def-Jam Co-CEO has been accused of sexual assault by six women. American model, Kimora Lee Simmons, who is the ex wife of Russel has finally come out to speak on the  the issue. She finally reacted via a post on Instagram which she captioned: “Now that I put my baby down…”

Rick rubin ,Jay z, Rusell simmons   Def Jam  celebrated their 25th anniversary Friday night with a star studded event featuring some the label's most recognizable faces.   Included in that lineup was former Def Jam head  Jay-Z , founders  Rick Rubin  and  Russell Simmons  and former execs  Kevin Liles  and  Lyor Cohen . The Hip-Hop cohorts converged on "The Spotted Pig" where they held a private dinner and invited out Young Jeezy, Terrence J  and a number of others. terrence J Young jeezy Julissa    Def Jam was created by Rick Rubin in his dorm room in Weinstein Hall at New York University   and its first release was a single by his punk-rock group  Hose .  Russell Simmons  joined Rubin shortly after they were introduced to each other by  Vincent Gallo .
