Tee A officially kicked off the main event. With composure that has over the years seperated the TV host, MC, Businessman and Comedian from his colleagues, Tunde Adewale introduced the finalists as they performed the national anthem to the awe of the crowd who couldn’t stop cheering after the rendition.
Then Project Manager Chichi Nwoko mounted the stage, and thanked everyone who helped in making the Idols project  a success; she is later joined by Producer Lillias Bode and Director Peter Bode who in turn took the audience through the journey so far.
Let’s not bore you with all these, we have the final contestants, and they will be performing for you tonight, but before we do that, Misi and Anis will introduce the contestants to you one after the other before they perform”
The sense of excitement that reigned in the air became further heightened when the 13 contestants came on stage to perform. Starting from the very first performer down to the last contestant, each performance moved the crowd, judges as well as members of the media.
