Princess storms Omo forest,cooks for contestants of GUS

Ebullient female comic act and erstwhile contestant in the Celebrity edition of The Gulder Ultimate Search, Celebrity Showdown, Princess Adekoya, on Friday October 14, 2010, surfaced at Omo Forest camp of Gulder Ultimate Search 7. 
The seven remaining contestants in the adventurous game were pleasantly surprised when the comedienne suddenly appeared at their task area that morning to join Bob-Manuel Udokwu.Bob introduced her to the weather beaten gangling youths and they expressed their joy at having a celebrity of her class visit them in a forest cut away from modernity. The contestants were jolted when Bob-Manuel told them that Princess would take over his job that morning as task master. Before they could raise any objection, Bob left them and Princess immediately marched them to order .

Thanks to her past experience in the Celebrity Showdown earlier this year, the heavily built lady meticulously carried out the task. The undoing of the contestants that day was that they found it difficult to concentrate when Princess was moderating and ordering them on the task. They couldn’t separate Princess the comedienne from Princess the task master and they paid dearly for that.They were in solemn reverie most part of the game and at the end they all failed to accomplish a positive result in the challenge. There failure made them to lose the opportunity to win a bag loaded with undisclosed goodies that would have made their lives more comfortable in their camp.pNotwithstanding, Princess offered to compensate them by choosing to follow them back to their camp, to stay with them for the whole day, cook for them,, crack their ribs and mentor them.When she told them she was going back with them to the camp, they obviously didn’t know what her mission was going to be.. While trekking back, Princess kept asking about their food situation. She wanted to know if they were been properly fed. She made some of them realised how terrible they look compared to their profile pictures where they looked their best. 

To their amazement, she told them she was going to cook a special yam delicacy for them. While cooking, she started teaching them how best to cook better meal in whatever situation they find themselves, especially where necessary cooking ingredients are not available.
At the end of the cooking, the likes of Kunle and Chukwuma who have never hidden their love for food, started licking their plates after consuming the heavy portioThey all enjoyed Princess’ yam pottage delicacy and they publicly express ed it. At her departure later in the evening, the whole day bonding with Princess suddenly aroused emotions. Some of them were close to tears when she kissed them goodbye. The award winning comedian made them remember home especially those that are close to their mothers.
