How to Maintain your fitness





Don’t you just hate starting new things ? I mean, It does not give you that extra motivation, like starting a new job on saturday, I mean its already weekend why cant I start on monday, all new and beginning of the week. ok maybe it’s just me…  :)
Today is Saturday, I’m about to start a whole new fitness routine and diet, because Lord knows my regular one ain’t working anymore, for some reason my body isn’t reacting to it as usual, maybe I’m at that changing age were everything starts going crazy on it’s own, Lol, mind you I’m just in my mid-twenties lets leave it as that.
So now am off to the gym, first a nice hot cup of lemon tea, which by the way is a goodway to start, Lemons and lemon tea can have a cleansing effect on the body by removing toxins from the blood and digestive system, having a calming effect on the stomach. Also With the antibacterial and antiviral characteristics of a lemon’s natural antioxidants,lemon tea is good for helping preventing infections disease like common cold.  Best of all, it helps mental stability.
Enough said, Have a fantastic day whether its a day of new beginnings or just another weekend drama. Catch you all later !
