Photos : Cardi B appears in court in Outrageous outfit

  Cardi B who just performed in Nigeria last weekend made her appearance at court in Queens today an event unto itself, scaling the courthouse steps in a black feather coat, with an oversized fur hood framing her face like a goth halo. 
   
    The train of the coat appeared to measure some three or four feet, flowing behind her like the skirt of a wedding dress.
