Despite being in the midst of a legal battle with her former sister-in-law Kim K, Blac Chyna, 29, has congratulated Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on the birth of their baby girl born via a surrogate.
With a smile, the mother of Rob Kardashian's 14-month-old daughter told The Blast: "It's always a blessing. They deserve blessings."
