'The Avengers' Hits $1 Billion Worldwide ,Tops Box office For Second Week

   

      'The Avengers' has topped the box office for a second straight weekend. The superhero blockbuster took in $103.2 million to lead .

    The Avengers" lifted its international for a worldwide haul of just over $1 billion. The action smash from Disney's Marvel Studios easily fended off  Johnny Depp and Tim Burton's vampire romp "Dark Shadows," which had a domestic start of $28.8 million to finish second.

     'Think like a man' and 'the hunger games' were third and fourth with $6.3 and $4.4 respectively.The lucky one completed the top five with $4M.
