Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Charges,Banned From Taking Alcohol


                                                                       
   Singer Bobby Brown pleaded not guilty Monday to three misdemeanor charges related to driving under the influence.
Brown pled not guilty in a Van Nuys courtroom on Monday morning to the charges. He allegedly blew a .12, but the legal limit in California is .08. The judge ordered Brown not to consume any alcohol until the case is resolved.
       Brown, 43, Ex-husband of  late pop diva Whitney Houston, was pulled over March 26 in Reseda after he was spotted talking on his cellphone. After taking a field sobriety test, he was arrested and charged. He faces charges of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08% and driving with a suspended license, according to prosecutors.
He faces a maximum of a year in county jail if convicted.
