Wizkid,fally ipupa,others dropped as MTV EMA Worldwide Act Category Revealed

    MTV has announced the five nominees that will compete in the all-new Worldwide Act category at the 2011 MTV EMAs. For the past month, MTV has allowed fans the world over a chance to vote for their favorite hometown artists.
    Now, the final round of nominees will go head-to-head in a final round of voting in effort to earn the Worldwide Act award/title/honor. In Africa/India/Middle East category ,Only Abdelfattah Grini has made it to the final stage while Nigeria's wizkid, fally ipupa ,cabo snoop, black coffee, and scribe have been dropped." The five finalists in this global category are as follows:

Lena (Europe)
BIGBANG (Asia Pacific)
Abdelfattah Grini (Africa/India/Middle East)
Britney Spears (North America)
Restart (Latin America)
The winner will be announced at the MTV EMA show in Belfast, Ireland on Nov. 6.
