Usher Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker Who Claims to Be His Wife

       A Georgia woman was arrested outside R&B superstar Usher’s house this week after claiming to be his wife .

       Accused stalker Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was picked up outside Usher’s Atlanta-area residence early Sunday morning after the singer saw her via security camera sitting on his porch with her iPad plugged into a house outlet. “Ms. Jones-Rakestraw was saying that she was the wife of Mr. Raymond and he makes all her decisions,” a police report states.

         Usher filed for a temporary restraining order Tuesday claiming he feared for his safety and that of his family. Police then took the woman to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was later admitted for a mental evaluation. She was released shortly after, with a copy of the charges against her.

        In YouTube videos posted after her release, Jones-Rakestraw said the R&B superstar has been calling her and giving her money for more than a year, and she claimed to have proof. 

   She is due to appear in court next month.
