P.Diddy announces TV network To Give Artists a Voice [Video]

The Revolution will be Televised . As  reported last month, Sean "Diddy" Combs has announced  REVOLT, his new cable TV network. REVOLT is a revolution in music on television, a place where artists and their viewers come together and engage with technology and social media.
It's a channel where new artists can share their work in the way it was meant to be: raw, uncut, and uncensored. REVOLT was selected by Comcast to be the first music network to truly leverage the power of social media, fueling the live music dialogue and influencing the music culture for the video-centric generation.
Revolt, conceived by Combs and MTV veteran Andy Schuon, will have programming that includes music videos, live performances, music news and interviews.

"Revolt is the first channel created entirely from the ground up in this new era of social media.REVOLT TV is bringing that revolution that television needs,”  “I grew up watching BET and MTV and HBO and NBC and I had a dream that one day I would get a chance, an opportunity to show my perspective coming from a musical standpoint.”Diddy said .

Revolt is scheduled to launch in 2013
