British singer ,Adele undergoes throat surgery in the US

    Adele has undergone throat surgery in the US tonight Last Night
The singer underwent vocal cord microsurgery to stop recurrent bleeding from a benign polyp, according to a spokesman for Massachusetts General Hospital. The condition is usually the result of unstable blood vessels in the vocal cord, he added.

     The hospital said Adele is expected to make a full recovery in the coming weeks, reports the Belfast Telegraph.
   Her operation comes after the singer last month cancelled all her remaining live datesthis year in order to have the surgery on her vocal cords. She called off 10 dates that she was due to perform in North America and six UK dates.
